Help finding cheap airline tickets

Help finding cheap airline tickets?
I'm trying to plan a one-month trip to Salzburg, Austria to work on my German. I can go pretty much any time between February and August of next year, and I'm wondering if anybody knows of a website where you can just choose your destination and they can show you cheap tickets from a variety of dates and times. So for example, if I type in "Salzburg, Austria", it might give me a date and the cheap ticket associated with it. If you don't know of a site like this or don't understand what I'm getting at, any good travel websites (expedia, priceline, etc.) would be appreciated. Thanks!

Most flight booking sites allow queries with flexible dates. Usually flexible dates are limited to a few days (1 to 3). It works perfectly. This is very helpful. Some of the above mentioned booking sites allow the kind of flexibility you are looking for. For instance, Travelocity allows flexible dates of several months. Then you get then a list of selected airlines and prices for your destination. When you select one of those companies, you get a calendar with the cheapest dates available. I found such a large flexibility does not always work properly. Check it and make up your mind. (For august, it is probably too early) Finding online the cheapest flight for you is the job of flight booking sites. The best ones are listed here: http://www.willgoto.com/1/023798/liens.aspx No hidden fees. Include low cost airlines in your query when possible .

What would be an appropriate gift for a Indian wedding

What would be an appropriate gift for a Indian wedding?
I'm going to attend a wedding in India, Chennai to be precisely, in February, however, I have no clue what is custom to give in as a present in India. They haven't registered anywhere? Can someone tell me a good gift idea, or steer me in the right direction? I was thinking something typical from Austria, since the bride worked for our company for 2 months as an intern!? Any help would be great! Thanks! Thanks

i dunno how it works in india. but back in malaysia , we indians give money or you could give a bouquet of flowers.

What is Austria famous for? Sorry for my ignorance. I think cookoo clock?. Anyway, you can bring one of that or give them money. Because you do not know what kind of set up they will have after marriage, unlike Europe or UK. In some cases they stay with parents, though that is changing nowadays. Bridal registry? Ha, unheard of in India. It is more of a western country method. Again, I must say it is changing. You can ask the bride if you wish as to whether they have a bridal registry. I doubt that highly.

If you can't find the right gift, give them money. It's always appreciated, make sure you add a $1 to the end amount as this symbolizes good luck(i.e. $101 etc...)

get them flowers, chocolate box, money and some asian sweets or jewellery X

well, any gift of good quality would be appreciated in any culture when the wedding party is aware that there will be guests of different cultures attending :) a gift from Austria would be quite cool (in my opinion) as I'm sure a bride of an Indian wedding will have plenty of indian friends + family to supply gifts of that culture. for any wedding in general, dinnerware items (perhaps in designs common in Austria), quality home design items (austrian vase), and of course a generous amount in money is usually well-recieved (esp. since these things can be re-gifted when the couple visits other families and such) in Indian culture...you might interested to know that common gift items include golden jewelery sets and high-quality + brightly colored cloth material for "sarees" and custom tailored clothing of that sort (check out below) that have lots of embroidery + work on them just make sure it's good quality and potentially re-giftable...a good rule of thumb for any party :) have fun and good luck!
