This was a bad man. He frighten my cheeldrin, he say only Osterreich childs should use schools. He is pig and better dead. Why these rude arrogant Austrians so bad to ALL Auslanders not only to my family who is of Hungary? My man works hard, I work cleaning ladys house in money home Bad Sauerbrunn they not nice to me but rude and treat dog better. No one told them how to be polite. They so very bad.

I am looking for my Boss that I used to work for in Felixdorf Austria ( in a Thrift Store exactly by the train station) I need a website for people search or if anybody lives there can help me out I would appreciate that. u can email me too.

We're not even in a depression today, but we hear a backlash against immigrants (some illegal) taking jobs. And the 1930's was an even more racist time - it was completely legal to specify the race, religion, gender, etc. of an open position.

Getting my taxes back?
I'm currently working in Austria for the Winter season and have heard that many people get whatever they paid in taxes in a foreign country back. I saw the Pub 514 form and noticed that it said only certain countries were able to do this with America. My question is, does it work with Austria?

Can't answer the Austria question, but you do understand the money back is just a credit against your US taxes? The intent of the tax treaties (that's what you're talking about) is to prevent double taxation, not to let you live tax free. You'll pay US taxes on your worldwide income.

US citizens are taxed on their worldwide income. This means you will owe US income tax on money earned in Austria. You will be able to use any Austrian income tax paid as a credit against your US income tax on your Austrian income.
