Can I get resident permit for adult son in Austria

Can I get resident permit for adult son in Austria?
I am married to an Austrian and have a resident card. I had a son before I married him. I want to sponsor my adult son for a resident visa in Austria but I don't know how. I checked so many sites but got no concrete info in this particular situation. I am seeing info for under 18 or work sponsorship. Anyone has proper info on this?

There is no way that you may sponsor your adult son to come to Austria. If he wants to reside in Austria he will have to qualify for a residence permit on his own merits (student, worker). Only dependents can get a family residence permit (Familiennachzug); those are: • spouse or registered partner above 21 years • children below 18 years • other dependents if they have lived in the same household and are financial dependent Source(s): http://www.bmi.gv.at/cms/BMI_Niederlassung/Allgemeine_Informati/Familienangehoerige_von_EWR_Buergern_und_Schweizern_die_nicht_in_Anspruch_genommen_haben_11.pdf ..(in German) http://www.bmi.gv.at/cms/bmi_niederlassung/ ..(in German)

I agree with GerdP, but when you cannot read German you can read almost the same here http://www.justlanded.com/english/Austria/Visas-Permits. Your child have to apply by his/her own. Good Luck.

I am living in Austria and need a way to make a living, can anyone give me some direction

I am living in Austria and need a way to make a living, can anyone give me some direction?
I moved to Austria with my wife and after 13 years of being together, she had an afair and left me. I do not want to lose contact with my children. I love them soooo much and want to remain here but I need to earn a living. If you have any suggestions please let me know. I have an AA degree in english. I have worked in the telecommunications industry for 8 years and was vice president of a fiber splicing company for two. I have been looking for work for 8 months and have tried to learn german but my grasp of the language is not yet sufficient enough for any jobs. Any help will be appreciated.

I recommend Forever Living Products - you can do as many or as few hours as you like and typically on 1-2 hours a day you will earn £1200 per month after 5 months and £30-£40k per year after 2-3 years - if you do more hours you should get more. They are a $2 billion company growing at 25% per year and need a lot more people - no investment required also, regulated by Dti and Office of Fair trading and have investors in people award also. link is: www.efi-international.com

German artist who did ink drawings, one of an alligator ice skating

German artist who did ink drawings, one of an alligator ice skating?
This is driving me crazy! I can't think of the name of an artist, not a contemporary one, who was male and from either Germany or Austria. He worked with ink on paper and had a dark sense of humor, and a lot of his drawings were of things like a naked woman passionately kissing someone in old-timey diving gear or hippopotamuses doing ballroom dancing. He was especially fond of crocodiles. Does anyone know who he is?
