I am married to an Austrian and have a resident card. I had a son before I married him. I want to sponsor my adult son for a resident visa in Austria but I don't know how. I checked so many sites but got no concrete info in this particular situation. I am seeing info for under 18 or work sponsorship. Anyone has proper info on this?

There is no way that you may sponsor your adult son to come to Austria. If he wants to reside in Austria he will have to qualify for a residence permit on his own merits (student, worker).
