I plan on visiting Germany, Czech Republic, Austria and France and need a good converter that not only adapts the plug but also the voltage for my electronics. Does anyone have any suggestions for a nice one that seems to work well? Thanks in advance.

For just small electronics, just get an off the shelf 50Wtravel transformer. It will probably have the most common two round pin male and US type female. For your hair appliances, get a solid state high-power converter.
