I migrated form Nigeria with a BS. In economics to Vienna Austria in 2001 got married and of resent expecting a child, had always wanted to work for an international organization like the UN or OPEC in Vienna but ever since then, to no avail. Please advise me on what to do to achieve my aim

You may need to get a graduate degree in economics. Most international organizations recruit economics phd's for their main departments. You could also try another route and see which fields are currently in demand - positions for language interpreters, human resources specialists and technology specialists are usually available in these organizations.
