Hi. Is this the correct way to say "have a nice weekend" to someone in Austria

Hi. Is this the correct way to say "have a nice weekend" to someone in Austria?
I'm learning German, and not sure if it is spoken is Austria exactly the same as in Germany. Does this work for "have a nice weekend," when spoken to an Austrian? "Habt ein schönes wochenende!" Thanks.

I know a little German and that sounds right to me and I think it's the same German but if you plan to go there you should know that it isnt Austria to them but Osterreich

Yes you have that correct. In Austria they do speak german but they also speak austrian (.......) The german language is much more common in northern austria so keep that in mind

"Habt ein schönes Wochenende!" is grammatically correct, but you wouldn't really say it, 'cause it's more like written language. Generally, you'd abbreviate it to "Schönes Wochenende!" or "(Ein) schönes Wochenende euch!" when you are talking casually.

If you're just talking to one person it's: "Hab ein schönes Wochenende!" ("Habt ein schönes Wochenende" is plural, when you talk to more people) You can also say "Ich wünsche dir ein schönes Wochenende" (lit.: "I wish you a nice weekend" - singular) or: "Ich wünsche euch ein schönes Wochenende" (the same in plural) In Austria there are indeed some different words than in Standard German, but I'm pretty sure you can phrase this sentence that way. ;)
