Em is wrong. As a citizen of Spain i am, i assure you we don't have this connection here, neither do the Germans, or the French. The connector we use in *MAINLAND EUROPE* is a two-pin plug.

they have 220v 50cycles and that is the whole concern you need to consider

Different countries have different plug points.Even if its a 2pin some countries have a "pointy" end on the sides & some have rounded.So best u opt for an Universal adapter instead to be on the safe side.Happy hunting
