Hittler was from Austria, but he was allowed to govern Germany, why?
? i mean, in most countries, you can't work in the government, if you weren't born in that country. Hitler was born and raised in Austria, so why was he allowed to be involved in the german government? in the past, germany and austria were considered a same country? is it also like that, today? can an austrian man be president of Germany?

Hitler was in charge because he proved himself on the battlefield. he was a heavily decorated soldier before he became a dictator.

he had the power. an no one dared to raise legal issues for fear of life

He was Volksdeutsche which consisted of anybody with Ethnic German lineage. Which according to the Nuremburg Laws of 1935, anybody that was Ethnic German (Volksdeutsche) had the same standing as if they were actually born in Germany proper. Regardless of where anybody was born and/or raised, be it in the U.S., Canada, China or on the Moon or anywhere for that matter, if they were Volksdeutsche (Ethnic German), they were the same as being a regular German Citizen according to the Nuremburg Laws.

Actually, in most countries, so long as a person is a citizen of the country for a certain amount of time, they can serve in the government. However, to be the president, one generally must be born in the country. Hitler, rather like the US's current president, Obama, had so much support, that this basic law was overlooked entirely.

Hitler became a naturalised German in 1933, so he was officially a German. American law does not apply in Europe in any case so just because your President must be born in America does not mean that rule applies in other countries. Don't I recall an Austrian movie star became Governor of California in the recent past? Not exactly President but not far off.
